Customers Right to Cancellation
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, a customer has the right to cancel, without giving reasons, a contract from the date of concluding the contract (ie. The date of receipt of an order confirmation) up to and including the 7th day following the day after receipt of the goods.
Faulty Goods
If you have notified us of a problem with the goods, we will replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective upon delivery; or refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question.
All such refunds will be given within 30 days of our confirmation that the goods are faulty or damaged and will be made in the same form as the original payment.
Return of Goods
Should you wish to return goods to us, please ensure that that you obtain proof of postage and that suitable protective packaging is used.
Unless goods are being returned as faulty or damaged return postage will be at the customers cost.
Liability
We will not be liable to you for any administrative inconvenience, disappointment, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any problem in relation to the goods and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than any refund we make under these conditions. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Design, Images and Reproduction
Whilst all care is taken during the photography and editing of the frame images the actual colour may vary slightly from that shown due to differences in monitor/LCD characteristics. Logos on the lenses are on the dummy lenses only and won't be on the completed spectacles.
